Collective Sound Listening is a semi-guided soundwalk and listening session organized by Maxime Gordon. During the walk participants pair up and share a field recorder and are encouraged to explore various ephemeral sounds in the landscape without obligation to record audio. Each walk is unique and takes place in different locations across Montreal. The goal is simple: let’s listen to sounds in the city, together.
Workshop Format:
- Introduction + multi-channel listening
- Soundwalk in two parts: with and without field recorders/headphones
Limited to just 12 spots, so RSVP early to secure your place.
